Global reddening

Not only has San Antonio had (at the time of this writing) more than 100 days with temperatures above 100 deg F, but the skies are filled with red sand from the Sahara.  What should be a blue sky with clear air looks like this:

A canola field in front of the Swiss Tennis center. Interestingly that road in the foreground is “Rue de Roger Federer” – but as many times as I have been on it, I’ve never seen him.
